SALES POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the subjective nature of fragrance preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Limit 35 items per order.
Order processing time fluctuates. The checkbox at checkout will tell you what to expect with the current order you are placing. Please remember business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you encounter any issues with your items, such as damaged bottles or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, but we cannot process claims for replacement or exchange beyond 2 DAYS from the delivery date.
To qualify for a replacement, we require a clear PHOTO of the full order or an image showing the damaged or incorrect item be sent to sales@decantalize.com.
While Decantalize ensures that packages are delivered to the address provided, once USPS marks an order as delivered, responsibility for any lost or stolen packages shifts to the buyer. Additionally, we are not liable for issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.
