RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the subjective nature of fragrance preferences, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you encounter any issues with your items, such as damaged bottles or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, but we cannot process claims for replacement or exchange beyond 2 days from the delivery date.
To qualify for a replacement, we require a clear photo of the full order or an image showing the damaged or incorrect item.
While Decantalize ensures that packages are delivered to the address provided, once USPS marks an order as delivered, responsibility for any lost or stolen packages shifts to the buyer. Additionally, we are not liable for issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.
