Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business (fragrance preference is subjective), we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment if there are any issues with your order. If your bottles arrive damaged, or you believe you have received the incorrect product, we will do our best to make things right. We will not replace or exchange any items 3 days past the date of receipt.
Replacements will only be considered if a picture of the full order/ a clear image of the incorrect or damaged item is provided.
