Careful consideration goes into the filling, labeling, and packaging of each order. We all know fragrance is subjective. For this reason, as well as sanitary concerns, samples and decants are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In the rare event there is an item missing, or if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please photograph the item, any damage (including packaging), and email us at sales@decantalize.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can help you.
